职位描述：

岗位职责

给变压器客户建议，包括有关MR产品范围的所有技术询问，必要时从专业部门得到支持。特别重要的是分析和协调特定客户项目的技术需求；
考虑到MR交货范围，对客户在报价及合同上的特殊需求，做出具体阐述说明。根据相关流程对客户特定的特殊设计进行技术可行性和成本效益分析；
与销售员协调澄清订单和报价的商务条款；
为变压器客户从技术和商业上提供分析，发送产品、部件、零件的报价及合同确认。报价的商务条款必须按照销售的指令，并符合公司制定的审批流程；
为指定变压器客户提供技术和售后服务。处理投诉，包括问题评估，实施适当的行动，做好跟进工作；
进行有关订单确认的技术分析；
必要时为销售提供技术性支持。

任职资格

本科及以上电力系统或电气工程相关专业；
良好的英语沟通，包括口语及书写；
高度团队合作精神、积极、主动；
愿意出差；
良好地沟通技巧。
